Contract to Hire
When you need the flexibility to supplement your staff ‐ and you want the option to hire.

You may need additional IT staff for many reasons—special projects, overload, seasonal variations in orders, etc. And you also may want the flexibility to hire a consultant to join your internal staff after a certain period.

In our Contract-to-Hire program both you and the contractor can learn about each other and evaluate your mutual suitability in real time, for however long an assignment is contracted. Lost Penny Consulting has a 100% success rate on its Contract-to-Hire services.

During contract assignments, candidates are employees of Lost Penny Consulting and are billed at an hourly rate commensurate with the predefined salary level.

Direct placement fees are based on the length of the assignment and calculated on first-year compensation offered and accepted.
