Payment of search fess is contingent on the hiring of our referred candidate. Based on your requisition, we conduct an in-depth search but only receive payment when we produce results.

Lost Penny Consulting sources, refers, recruits and networks IT professionals across the country from within its custom database, which contains the names, contact information, and specific skills and experience of the hundreds of thousands of IT professionals. These candidates are inactive job seekers that we notify when a suitable position arises. Our professional recruiters use this database as one of their search tools—with it they can sort and review candidates on an unlimited list of criteria, including skill sets and past experience.

After sourcing potential candidates, our recruiters conduct detailed interviews with each individual to determine his/her current situation, skills, availability and update their credentials. Prior to presenting any candidate, we disclose the identity of our client, explain the opportunity in great detail, and carefully assess the candidate’s interest. Resumes are only sent to clients AFTER the candidate has given permission to do so. With every submittal, Lost Penny Consulting includes a cover letter summarizing the candidates name, position, interview notes, education, reason for looking, current salary, desired salary and any issues or needs regarding relocation or visas.

Our fee schedule is based on the annual compensation of the candidate hired.
